Study abroad & exchange
The Faculty of Science encourages students to study part of their degree overseas. The Faculty provides comprehensive support for University of Melbourne students wishing to study overseas ('outgoing' students) and students who are considering studies at the University of Melbourne ('incoming' students).
Students may study overseas either as an 'exchange' student or a 'study abroad' student. With an approved study plan, either program can provide students with credit or fulfil academic requirements.
Funding is available to assist students with overseas study.
