Timetable & venue information

Students are encouraged to obtain timetable and venue information for each subject before the start of each semester.

Alloc8 Key dates for Semester 2, 2009

Resources

Timetable and venue information for subjects offered are available on the Student Information System (SIS) through the University timetabling system, Alloc8.

Alloc8 only provides timetables and class allocations for students enrolled in certain undergraduate subjects taught by specific faculties.

Note: Timetable and venue information will not be available in printed format at the Science Student Centre.

Changing a timetable

Timetables may be changed on Alloc8 using the 'edit' function.

Timetable problems

A timetable change may not be successful if:

  1. the class is full or;
  2. a student has two subjects allocated to the same timeslot (also known as a clash).

If a problem cannot be resolved, students read the 'Frequently asked questions' section before seeking help.
